Dr. Ian Nay received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2021 and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2015. His professional interests include orthopedic and manual therapy, sport-specific rehab and return to play for athletes, strength training, neurological rehab for stroke and other conditions, and providing a high level of compassionate care to all of his patients.

 

Outside of physical therapy, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and pets. Some of his favorite activities include traveling, camping, hiking, cooking, golfing, and reading. He also enjoys challenging himself frequently with weight training in the gym, CrossFit, and cardiovascular exercise.
